The 2nd CPD Function was sponsored by the friendly Cobra Watertech staff and held at their Lifestyle Centre. They set the mood with their entertaining product presentation! Mr. Norman Brauteseth, as our guest speaker discussed the New Planning and Development Act. This function was attended by an impressive 45 attendees.

Our invited speakers, Mr. Deen Letchmiah and Mr. Eric Noir kept the KZN Chapter amused while discuss the Cost of Green Building.

Our 4th CPD function for 2011 was hosted at the Lifestyle Centre and our invited speaker was Nic Bennett. He discussed Opportunities in the Cost Engineering industry for Quantity Surveyors and this certainly provoked plenty of questions and interaction between the Cost Engineers and Quantity Surveyors.
