PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the Association’s head office.
  • Manage the administration of the Quantity Surveying Act 49 0f 2000
  • Coordinate and arrange the meeting of the Board & Committees.
  • Liaise with the state and other professional and statutory bodies.
  • Attend to the queries and requirements of the ASAQS members
  • Manage the Public relations activities of the ASAQS

 

 

 

 

FINANCIAL MANAGER: RENNY MOODLEY

 

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

  • General office manager
  • Financial management and control for the Board
  • Preparation of Annual Financial Statements
  • Preparation of Financial Documents for Board, Finance and Exco meetings
  • Creditors /Debtors Control

 

 

 

 

RECEPTIONIST/ DOCUMENTS: PHINDI MAHLANGU

 

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

  • Reception and switchboard
  • Documentation sales
  • Internet, e-mail, webshop, CUG activities
  • Assist with overflow typing
  • Assist with meeting arrangements
  • Catering for meetings
  • Assist with the daily activities of the Association
  • General member assistance and support

  • Attending to member queries and general member support

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

  • Assist with the daily activities of the Association in terms of debtors
  • ASAQS debtors accounts
  • Debtors collection on overdue subscriptions for ASAQS
  • Relief Switchboard operator
  • Responsible for annual invoicing for all ASAQS members and practices
  • Reconciliation of debtors accounts and banking of debtors subscription
  • Financial reports for presentation to meetings
  • Database Management for Association

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT: LOUISE MODISE

 

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

  • Part time administrative assistant. (three days per week)
  • Assists with filing, printing, postage, database capturing, membership, etc
  • Back-up to the rest of the staff where assistance is required to meet deadlines.
  • General cleaning of the office
