PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the Association’s head office.
  • Manage the administration of the Quantity Surveying Act 49 0f 2000
  • Coordinate and arrange the meeting of the Board & Committees.
  • Liaise with the state and other professional and statutory bodies.
  • Attend to the queries and requirements of the ASAQS members
  • Manage the Public relations activities of the ASAQS

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

  • Handle all QS EduTech Centre technical queries from membership and public
  • Act in supportive role to the Executive Director of the ASAQS

  • Manage the CCN venture and structures
  • Handle general marketing initiatives
  • Manage statistical analyses of membership
  • General office management

  • Assist with the daily activities of the Association in terms of debtors
  • ASAQS debtors accounts
  • Debtors collection on overdue subscriptions for ASAQS
  • Relief Switchboard operator
  • Responsible for annual invoicing for all ASAQS members and practices
  • Reconciliation of debtors accounts and banking of debtors subscription
  • Financial reports for presentation to meetings
  • Database Management for Association

  • Fulll time administrative assistant and office cleaner.
  • Assists with filing, printing, postage, database capturing, membership, etc
  • Back-up to the rest of the staff where assistance is required to meet deadlines.
