ABOUT THE CONFERENCE:
Our 4th ASAQS Annual Conference has adopted the theme of TRACTION to demonstrate our determination as a
profession to not only hold our ground but to gain ground as an authority in the built environment.

TRACTION…GAINING GROUND
TRACTION takes us beyond making a stand. It is not about being stationary, or retracting by reversing or
withdrawing, or pausing in “wait and see” mode.
TRACTION is about grip, applied power and momentum. Movement is both forward and upward and, in the
process, ground is gained, and altitude is achieved. Speed may vary, but intent, commitment, consistency and
focus remain unchanged. The goal is within reach. The summit is both visible and attainable.

Join us as we are challenged to take a fresh look at the role of our profession in the built environment and set
about staking our claim to its future success.
