Gerhard is a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor and Director at DelQS, with over two decades of expertise in quantity surveying both in South Africa and internationally. He holds a BSc in Quantity Surveying and has completed coursework for an MSc in Project Management. As a registered Professional Quantity Surveyor (PrQS) and an active member of AAQS, RICS, and ASAQS, he brings a wealth of knowledge in building economics, construction contracts, and procurement.

Gerhard’s involvement in the Africa Association of Quantity Surveyors (Exco) and the PROCSA Committee highlights his commitment to advancing industry best practices.
