External Communities: External Industry Events

PURPOSE OF THIS PORTAL

This portal and the associated events calendar allows all members and non members to load and view Industry Events 

However, any person wishing to place events, FIRST needs to register and only once their profile is approved, and they have been granted administrative rights, will they be able to return and load events via the group admin menu rail that will become available to them.

Here are the steps to be followed:

  1. Click here to register as an external events provider. Once your profile is approved and administrative rights have been granted, you can return and start loading events to the events calendar.
  2. Notify the ASAQS webmaster that you have registered as an external events provider by clicking here and request that you be granted administrative rights to the Industry Events Calendar.
  3. Return to this page after Group Admin Rights have been granted by the webmaster and you will see that a menu rail will appear above these notes.
  4. Click on "Group Admin Options" and then on "Add a New Event" under "Calendar Management". The submission form for events allows you to upload your logo, generate a map to the event and a whole lot more.
  5. To edit an event select "View dates and events” under "Calendar Management”. A list of events will appear – find the event you wish to edit. Select the edit icon to the left of your entry to edit it.
