Our CUSTOM-MADE CPD 2024 programme offers you a range of exciting theme tracks, comprising 80+ CPD hours to choose from as well as introducing some exciting new benefits such as the synchronization of your CPD attendance certificates with your SACQSP online profile i.e., your CPD hours earned will automatically be uploaded onto your SACQSP CPD profile! We have also introduced  CPD REWIND so that you can view the webinar recordings in your own time.

 

To benefit from  this offer, simply follow the ACTIVATE | CHOOSE | EARN process:

ACTIVATE

ASAQS members:

• A once-off annual fee of R 945 (ex VAT) will be added to your membership renewal invoice as a voluntary option. This is not a compulsory additional fee, but benefit that we encourage you to take full advantage of.
• Should you choose to pay your membership fees only, we will assume that you have elected not to take up this CUSTOM-MADE CPD 2024 offering and will be paying for your CPD engagements on an ad hoc basis, either at current EduTech, or standard industry CPD rates.
• Once the additional fee (including your membership fee) has been paid, your full participation in the CUSTOM-MADE CPD 2024 programme will be activated. You are then at liberty to select some or attend all of the CPD on offer and selectively enjoy privileged access the CUSTOM-MADE CPD Partners products.
  
  

ASAQS non-members:

• If you are not an ASAQS member, you will need to pay for your CPD engagements on an ad hoc basis, either at current EduTech non-member or standard industry CPD rates.
  
• To access the once-off annual payment of R 945 (ex VAT) for the CUSTOM-MADE CPD 2024 programme, you must first become an ASAQS member.
  
• To register as a member contact membership@asaqs.co.za for assistance.
• Alternatively, you can participate in the CUSTOM-MADE CPD programme by making a once-off annual upfront payment of R4,500.00 (ex VAT) and enjoy 80+ hours to choose from. By comparison, 80+ CDP hours at industry rates could cost you as much as R60,000.00.

EARN

To earn your attendance certificate and CPD Hours after attending a webinar you must:

• Register and pay for the event.
• Be present online for the entire duration of the webinar. When the webinar is presented in parts, you must be present online for each part.
• Participate by completing “Polls” and making use of the “Q&A” and/or the “Chat” functions.
  

Your presence and participation will be monitored by the webinar software.

The webinar software will record the time that you enter and the time that you leave the webinar, providing proof of presence. It will also record every time you make use of the “Chat” or “Q&A” function and when you complete a “Poll”, all providing proof of participation.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• ASAQS/EduTech cannot be held responsible for any technical or connectivity problems you may experience trying to join and/or participate in the webinar. However, to assist you we are prepared to award you an attendance certificate if you were present for at least 75% of the duration of the webinar, or all the parts thereof when presented in parts.
  
• The CUSTOM-MADE CPD 2024 programme is active from 1st April to 31 October 2024.
• The R 945 (ex VAT) annual member fee is a “once-off” option and cannot be pro-rated over time.
• Payment terms will be considered on request at the discretion of the ASAQS (To inquire, please contact administration@asaqs.co.za).
  
• No CPD hours will be awarded or CPD certificates released prior to full payment being received, with presence and participation adequately verified.
• No refunds will be made where CPD Certificates of Attendance cannot be released.
• You consent to the ASAQS transferring (via automatic online system transfer) your record of attendance and CPD Hours earned to your SACQSP member profile should you qualify for same.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Related to the POPI Act)

• You acknowledge that you provide your personal information voluntarily / provide the personal information of the registering person voluntarily and with the required authority;
• You acknowledge that ASAQS will use the information for the purposes of:
  1. Conducting ASAQS usual business with which you are familiar; 
  2. Processing your webinar registration;
  3. Conducting webinars; and 
  4. Purposes reasonably related and ancillary thereto, (the Described Uses).
• You consent to ASAQS processing and further processing the personal information, including but not limited to collecting, recording, organizing, disseminating, making the personal information available, for the Described Uses
• You consent to ASAQS retaining records of the personal information for so long as ASAQS deems it necessary in its sole discretion; and 
• You accept the contents of this document as adequate notification of the collection and processing of the personal information by ASAQS and, insofar as is necessary, consent to ASAQS failing to provide full notification as contemplated by Section 18 of the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013.
