** Please note – In order for members to avoid being liable for outstanding membership or practice fees, the ASAQS Executive Committee has resolved that a member is required to notify the office of their intention to either resign their membership or suspend their membership (either temporarily or until further notice). Kindly do so by corresponding with our office by email at administration@asaqs.co.za or membership@asaqs.co.za We also wish to bring to your attention that it is the individual members responsibility to notify the ASAQS should they wish to suspend individual or practice membership. Should a member fail to notify the association or ignore membership invoices that have been issued in good faith, the member or practice will be required to settle the outstanding fees before being re-admitted back into membership. Additional penalty fees may also be applicable in certain instances, before readmission will be possible. All invoices for membership are generated on an annual basis during the first week of March each year. These invoices are sent to each member via email to the email address captured on the individual or practice membership profiles. It is also vitally important to notify the association of any change to your email address. Members may also change their email address themselves by logging into their membership or practice profile which can be done directly on the ASAQS website. |
Please complete the form below if you wish to be re-instated or are requesting a membership upgrade
